1. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 2 business days.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

Because we ship from global fulfillment centers to maintain the best pricing, delivery times depend on your region:

Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days.

International Shipping: 10-15business days.

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or customs processing in your region.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active and visible within 24–48 hours of shipping.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vibegride is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, local taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 

Support@vibegride.com

with clear photo evidence of the damaged product and the original packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.

7. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service or carrier first. If they cannot locate it after 3 business days, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
